Product Owner (Native Dutch)


We are looking for a Product Owner B2B with an E-commerce mindset. You will be working in a dynamic environment as part of the E-commerce team. Your responsibilities are to ensure the digital experience, the business and the requires and values of our customers. As a Product owner you will report to the Manager E-commerce and take ownership of the implementation of the solutions you and the team provides.

Your activities consist of:

  • Defining a product vision for the B2B needs, roadmap and growth opportunities, together with stakeholders, to ensure the business needs are well understood and defined in epics, features and user stories; 
  • Managing and refining the product backlog;
  • The productivity of the Scrum Team you work with, to ensure items are being released and with the expected quality. Coaching the team for adoption of agile tools and practices;
  • Participating in refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews (demo) and retrospectives;
  • Ensuring ongoing communication with stakeholders about priorities, features, testing and release planning;
  • Ensuring the quality of the releases by testing, validating and accepting the work done.. You are always delivering value;
  • Maintain a clear and measurable set of KPI’s;
  • Be up to date with- and promote B2B E-commerce best practices.

Wie jij bent

Who you are:

  • Minimum of three year solid experience as a Product Owner in a B2B environment or related B2B digital/E-Commerce role at senior level;
  • Mastering and at least two years experience with Agile development;
  • Proactive and ability to multitask;
  • Solid understanding of E-commerce B2B, technology and supporting processes in an international environment;
  • Proven effective communication skills, written and verbal, with team members and stakeholders, across business and IT;
  • Creative problem solver;
  • Creative and actively seeking for innovation;
  • Positive and high-energy team member;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
